Q: When is check in and check out? 
A: Check in is at 2pm at Cabuya Lodge in Cabuya, Costa Rica on Saturday August 25th. Check out is at 11am on Saturday September 1st. Cabuya Lodge is surrounded by lush jungle, and only minutes away from the beach and Cabo Blanco Absolute Natural Reserve. 

 

Q: What are my accommodation options? 

A: There are two types of accommodation available:
1) Double (sharing a room with one other person) and 

2) Triple (sharing a room with two other people). 
The the double accommodation is $1350 per person. The triple accommodation is the cheapest, at $1250 per person, . This includes meals and lodging as well as all yoga. 

Q: What is the yoga going to be like? 
A: Every day, there will be two or three yoga practices, all of which are optional to attend. There will be a morning vinyasa class every day, and then some combination of Yin and Yoga Nidra in the afternoon and evening. All yoga practices will be tailored to the people in the room to suit your level, whether total beginner or seasoned practitioner. 

 

Q: Will I be able to get around if I'm not a strong Spanish speaker? 
A: Wherever you are, there is almost always someone who speaks enough English to help you. The culture is very hospitable, and people will go out of their way to make sure you get what you need.
